When I print my document when "double-side" selected, the first page always comes out single-sided (kind of like a cover) with the rest all double-sided.

I went through a few other posts and notice that it might be due to a "cover" printing feature. However, all these posts have solutions with windows but not with Mac.

Does anyone know how to disable this feature on mac?

Thanks

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I believe we can disable Cover Page from the print dialogue window. Let's try these steps:

1.) Open the document you want to print, click File, click Print, and then click Show Details, if necessary.

2.) Click the unnamed print options menu at the center of the dialog. Click Cover Page.

3.) Select None

4.) Click Print.

Once the print job is complete, these settings will be set as default for future print jobs until you select a new preset or change settings.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi, thanks for your response.

However, that doesn't work when I print with Microsoft software or adobe acrobat as they have a different print window.

You are right, Microsoft Word and Adobe acrobat has a different print dialogue window. You may use the following steps to disable Cover Page from the Microsoft Word and Adobe acrobat print dialogue window:

1.) Open the Word document you want to print, click File, click Print, and then click Show Details, if necessary.

2.) Click the unnamed print options menu and click Cover Page. Select None.

Keep me posted!

Hi, Senan6806,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I was able to find the cover page setting in Word.

However, still couldn't find it in Adobe Acrobat. Any suggestion on that? Attached please find a screenshot of my Adobe Acrobat print page.

Thanks.

It looks like the print dialogue window is not displaying the complete print settings, click the Show Details button and then click the unnamed print options menu and click Cover Page.
