HP Officejet Pro 8625

This is the last day to return the ink cartridge and you know how expensive they are.  We have tried everything to fix the printer.  At this point I just want to get the new ink cartridge out so we can return it.  It is stuck on the right side.

Can someone post a video or instructions on how to disassemble the printer so I can get it out?  I found one video but it wasn't in English.

Open the cartridge access door, on the left side you can see a small white gear on the shaft that is feeding the paper, use a flat head screwdriver to rotate gear down few times that will unlock cartridges.
