I see from your post that you're having issues with solution center on your HP Product. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details: 

What is the exact product number of the printer? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you recently made any changes before the issue started?

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers?

 

Are you aware that the HP solution center is an old application which used to come with older printer and now it's been replaced by Printer assistant.

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details of the printer so that I can provide you with an accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.
