Here is how to reset the 8720:

 

  1. Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
  2. Press the "?"
  3. Press "Back Arrow" 4 times, very quickly. Its not going to work for you the first time, so keep trying until you see the Support Menu.
  4. Touch Support Menu.
  5. Scroll down and select Reset Menu.
  6. Scroll down and select "Semi-Full Reset".
  7. Wait for unit to Power Down/Turn Off.
  8. Press Power button to turn the Printer On
