 How to perform factory reset when unable to sign in on HP laser Jet Enterprise M612 due to "lost" login password number.

You will need to either perform a partial clean or a cold reset. Both of these options are accessed from the pre-boot menu. Power off the printer, turn the printer on and watch the screen when the HP logo appears with 1/8 at the bottom, IMMEDIATELY press the X (cancel button) or if you have a touch screen, touch the HP logo. The printer will come to a blue screen. Navigate to the administrator menu and select Partial Clean and press ok. Nothing will appear to happen. Use the back arrow until you seen continue and press OK. Printer will reboot and reinstall the firmware with no password.
