Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am getting an error code that is displayed in a blue background  on the display unit - B89E628A - Can anyone offer me a solution to remove or correct this as I am not sure what is causing this.

I see that the printer is in an error state and I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays to isolate and resolve the issue.
