@AJB123456, Welcome to the HP Support Community – it’s great to have you here!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your question. I'm more than happy to assist with this and provide a solution that works for you.

Ah, the infamous OX83C0002A error on the HP DeskJet 4675, sounds like your printer decided to throw a cryptic tantrum instead of just saying, “I need a little TLC!” 😅 But don’t worry, we’re here to decode the mystery and get your trusty DeskJet back in action.

🛠️ Here's your rescue plan:

Power Cycle Magic
Turn off the printer, unplug it from the wall (yes, give it a moment to reflect on its behavior), wait about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on. Sometimes, printers just need a nap.

Check the Connection 🔌
Make sure your printer is properly connected to Wi-Fi or your PC. A shaky connection can trigger weird errors like this one.

Update the Printer Firmware 🧠
Head over to HP Software & Driver Downloads and check if there’s a firmware update waiting. It’s like giving your printer a brain boost.

Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support

Reinstall the Printer Software 💾
Remove the printer from your computer’s devices list, then reinstall it using the latest drivers from HP website - Official HP® Support. Fresh installs solve more problems than coffee on a Monday morning.

Reset the Printer 🔄
If all else fails, a factory reset might do the trick. Just be sure to note any custom settings before you go full reset mode.

🤔 Should you replace it?

Not just yet! The DeskJet 4675 still has some ink left in its soul. Unless it’s been moonlighting as a paperweight for months, this error is usually fixable.

I hope your issue is now resolved. If not, feel free to reply and we’ll continue helping until everything’s sorted!
