My eprinting stopped working years ago and I'm trying to fix it but I don't remember my password to log into the eprint center. My associated email is an old work email address that has since been deleted. I tried creating a new account and adding my printer code but it says that printer is already added to a profile, which is correct but I can't access it. How do I change my associated email address when I can't log in or access the old email account? Or - how do I move an old printer to a new profile?
