Hello, @AAK63 – Greetings!

Thanks for joining the HP Support Forums! I’d like to be of your assistance 🙂

Going through your post, I see that you are trying to print on full page on your Officejet printer. You need to change the print settings to print borderless. Try the steps below:

  • Go to Control Panel – Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your printer and select “Printing Preferences”.
  • Select Printing Shortcut tab and change the Borderless option to “On”.
  • Apply and save the settings.

Now, try to print from your PC and check.

Let me know how that goes!

Cheers 🙂

Hello, @AAK63

Thanks for the update!

I understand that you are trying to print from your iOS device. You can print borderless even from your phone. You simply need to install the HP Smart app. Go to the Apple store and install the HP Smart app. Now, open the app and then try to print a picture. Navigate through the paper setting option and you will find the borderless / fill page option.

Thanks, I will watch for your reply!

Good luck 🙂

Hello, @AAK63

The printer is programmed to print the document with borders by default. You can change the preferences to print borderless, by default, while using the PC.

But while using your iOS device, you may need to specify the borderless setting before printing to get the borderless prints.

Also, try to print the same documents to your other HP printers and see if that prints borderless. Ideally, it will not unless you specify to print borderless.

Let me know how that goes!
