the HP Officejet 7612 Printer has unopened in its original box for 3 years. Think I bought it on QVC, not sure. When I unboxed it there were not ink cartridges in the box, so I thought they were installed and would be a big problem because the ink would have dried out by now. I bought new cartridges, 932 and 933 for it and installed them. The printer screen has a red x and says "Use SETUP Cartridges". Do not have them, can't return the printer. Can it be overridden or can I purchase the setup cartriges?

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
