@tlaughlin, Welcome to HP Support Community!
If you have already performed the steps from the document Printhead Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!

Hello,
I've read the forums with the responses from HP Assistants, tried all the methods provided, but still came up unsuccessful.
Please message me privately on steps to do a hard full reset for my HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer. I would like to connect my printer to a wireless network where I am able to scan documents with ease.
At the moment, I cannot connect to a wireless network due to locked features from the administrator.

@Yenkiwi, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps!
