My printer does not list #12 envelope as an option.  How do I print on them?

Hi,

Your printer does not support #12 envelopes.

 

You may find its specifications below, see 'Paper-handling specifications > Supported envelopes':

Also by checking Supported custom sizes, this is not a supported size.

 

#12 Envelope equals 4 3/4 x 11 inches, the printer supports a custom size range of 127 to 482.6 mm (13.0 to 19.0 inches) long, 11 inches long is not within the printer range.
