You're welcome. 🙂
Glad to hear from you.
I did some further investigation on this and found that the ads will also print. Because the ads are on the web page itself and whatever is present on the web page will be printed.
You could try to save the web page and then edit is using some software and then print it. As of now, there is no software available with HP that can remove the ads while printing.
You may also try to print from other web browsers and check if that helps.
Good luck and feel free to reply. Cheers! 🙂

Hi @Donut67,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!
As I understand that you would like print selected content from the website without printing ads.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help you with your HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g.
It would be a lot of working implementing a print button on every page of the website, and it is unnecessary since you can print the articles by clicking on “file” at the top of the browser, and then on the “print” link. In Internet Explorer, you can also print the page by clicking on the print icon at the top of the browser, and then on the “print” link.
The page will be printed without the ads, the graphics and the left and right menus.
You can see how the page would print without printing it, by clicking on “File” in the top menu of the browser, and then on “print preview”. In Internet Explorer, you can also click on the print icon at the top of the browser, and then on “print preview”.
All the pages were designed in such a way that you can print just the article and logo, to save paper and ink.
Similarly, you can refer to this article to change the font size when printing from the web.
Keep me posted.
Cheers! 🙂

Dear MKazi, Thank you for trying to help me. I'm told that Internet Explorer is incompatible with MacOS Sierra 10.12 running on my MacBook Air 2015. I'm not computer savvy, and worry about creating problems that I don't know how to solve. I thought I remembered reading some years back that HP sold software to remove ads when printing content.
Do you know anything about this? Thanks for your help & patience!
