I frequently find a need to simply print just one business envelope (#10 size) with a return address and of course the address of the recipient. Although I have Microsoft Word 2010 installed, I've labored for an hour trying to figure out how to 1) find a simple template and 2) how to configure it to print it on the 8720 printer. I found a Youtube video that described how to print envelopes on it, but all it showed was a way to alter the paper tray to accept the envelopes. That's not much help.
Isn't there a simple way to do this from start to finish without having to have an MS degree in an overly-complex program like Microsoft Word?

I also use Microsoft Word to print envelopes. I don't need to have templates, I use create envelope in Word directly because my return address is always there after my very first print. I have to type recipient address each time.
For recipients who I need to send few times a year, I keep a list using normal text file and simply copy and paste. Now, when click Print in Word, you need to load envelope the right way and Word will print for you.
Page 20 of the following manual shows you how to load envelope and also page 32:

I do not find the manual to be of any help. I already know how to load the envelopes in the printer's tray. The problem is finding a simple application to create a reusable template. After struggling with Microsoft Word 2010 for several hours, I believe I can do it once I create a basic document based on the #10 envelope size.. But I have a question about the printer itself. I keep getting an warning message that "section 1 is outside the printable area of the printer." What are the dimensions of the printable margins?
The return address should be positioned in the upper left corner of the envelope, How close can I get without getting into the non-printable area?
