I have an officerjet pro 8710 and I’m trying to print on a 100lb cardstock without borders. If I do just borderless option I can’t click thick paper (won’t let me) so I have to click matte paper, but the paper doesn’t feed properly and starts printing halfway through the document so only the top half of my page is printed. If I do photo option for borderless I get very dull colour. What setting do I need?

Specifications > Paper Handling
Borderless for Media (kind of paper) Index card supports borderless for only the A6 paper size.
Paper tray capacties include Card weights as specified:
Cards | Up to 200 g/m2 (110 lb index) | Up to 80 cards |
Other "card" settings require the margins as shown in Paper Handling > Print Margins
Media type Index card
Source Tray 1 (main tray)
(Standard) Paper Size as available for Card Index
Still requiring the Print Margins, the printer likely supports Custom Paper Size for Media Index.
