How to print the color markup of WORD documents. Can print black & white markup

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  "cannot print color markup word documents" issue. 

1) Are you able to make color copies using the printer?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

While you respond to that, here's what you need to change:

1. In Word, click on "File" - "Options".
2. Click on "Display" - Select the box which says "Print background colors and images".
3. Click Ok to save the settings and then try to print.
