Hi @KilpatrickPrint,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like there might be an issue with your HP Tango printer if all the lights are flashing and there's a red ❌ symbol showing. Here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue and print without a subscription:
Check for Paper Jams: Open the printer's access door and check for any paper jams. If you find any, carefully remove the jammed paper.
Check Ink or Toner Cartridges: Make sure the ink or toner cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink or toner to complete the print job.
Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve technical issues.
Update Printer Firmware: If possible, check if there's a firmware update available for your HP Tango printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes fix bugs or issues.
Reset the Printer: Try resetting the printer to its factory settings. This option is usually available in the printer's settings menu. Refer to the user manual if you're unsure how to do this.
Check Network Connection: Ensure that the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network properly. If it's not, re-establish the connection following the printer's setup instructions.
Print Without Subscription: While some HP printers require a subscription for certain features like Instant Ink, you should still be able to print without a subscription. Ensure that your printer is not set up to require subscription-based services for basic printing functions.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
