Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In need of help to remove this from my printer ? This is what I get !   Get /cdm/system/v1/status/ HTTP/1.1  What is this and how do I get it out of my Printer and or my P.C.?  After this I get there is a paper jam ! When I look for the jam it's not one! Printer is a C-8180) All-in-one Photosmart!
