Product: HP pavillion 2540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed the software on my PC  a couple times to get it right and as you can see from my attached.. the first one marekd with red dot does not open or work.. ( needs to be removed)  and the second and third work Perfectly !  so therefore I really don't wanbt to remove all three to fix the removal of thefirst one ..

Is that ghost printer visible under devices and printers?

 

If yes then delete it from there, take care to remove HP Deskjet 2540 series, not HP Deskjet 2540 series ( Copy 1)

Did I mention its not as easy as a 'right click' highlite delete"  .. doesn't work ...
