Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

Thank you for your message and offer to help me. The SN# on my printer is (SEE PRIVATE MESSAGE)

I have used this printer for 4-5 years with multiple devices and OSes, and I does not scan anymore. Moreover, I have lost the master account code (never had to use it).

I have the solution for this problem, but it is in my private box, and I have lost access to it (it seems it was lost after I accepted the solution, before I copied it ...)
