There has been a setting on my print that does does not allow continued printing until I pull what was already printing instead of just continuously printing....now I keep getting this message of output bin is full when it is actually empty.  My same printer at work does not have this issue at all.  How can I remove this setting in its entirety?

Output bin full error indicates that the printer detects that the outbin is full. You cannot disable this as the printer must stop when the bin is full to prevent damage. You need to determine if the flag that is triggered when the bin is full is working properly or has jammed, or the sensor has failed. Look in the output bin area for a flap that is triggered when paper ejects.  I do not have one of these in front of me so I cannot give you exact location. It is also possible that it uses an optical sensor that is dirty.
