Hi,

I want to send to send my printer as a parcel. I have the original packaging.

Do I need to remove the ink tanks or can I leave them in place?

Are there any other things I need to take into account?

Cheers

Tobias

I understand that you are looking to send the printer as a parcel. Do not worry, I’m here to help:)

First off, are you sending the printer back to HP as part of a replacement process? If yes, then you need to send only the printer back to HP. Keep the cartridges, cables and any other removable part with you. You may need to use them on your replacement printer.

If you are simply sending the whole printer as a parcel to somewhere else, then remove the cartridges from the printer, enclose it in an airtight bag or container and then sent it along.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Cheers 🙂
