Hello all

 

I have a HP DeskJet 2755e printer. Had to unlink from my account and trying to add back. I’m receiving an error code EBS00P0013 during my setup session. Anyone know what this means or how to fix?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Uninstall app, restart the device and reinstall the app.
Open App, sign in, if not signed in.
Add printer and follow the onscreen dialogs and Finish setup to resolve the issue.
