The network reset to default settings is locked.

The control panel says the IP address isn't available.

The printer can't be found on the network.

Tried a hard reset - nothing.

Finally got to the enable/disable menu.

Tried the button pattern while the printer was still starting up.

Now what am I supposed to do?

Everything is showing as enabled; but the network default reset function is still locked.

Hi @Craby

Thanks for the feedback.

Are you able to restore the netwrok to defaults?

Is the Wireless Led (blue color Led) blinking after the network restore?

This example will show you how:

Restore Printer Network Settings

After restoring, can you try to connect your printer to the network?

This example will show you how:

Connecting a printer using Wireless Setup Wizard

If it's connected correctly, you should get a valid IP address.  (e.g. 192.168.XXX.XXX)

Let us know if that helps!

I can't reset the network defaults, the function is locked.

I can make copies; but I can't scan or send anything to the printer.

the control panel doesn't show the IP address, says it's not connected.

Can't find the printer on the network
