Download and Install HP Smart App: If you haven't already, download and install the HP Smart app on your Windows or macOS computer from the official HP website or your app store.

Open HP Smart App: Launch the HP Smart app on your computer.

Add Your Printer: If your printer is not already added to the HP Smart app, you'll need to add it. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer to the app.

Check for Updates: Once your printer is added to the HP Smart app, navigate to the "Printers" or "Settings" section. Look for an option related to firmware or printer updates.

Download and Install Firmware Update: If a firmware update is available, you'll see an option to download and install it. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the firmware update.
