I bought my printer in KSA (Middle East), HP DeskJet 4535 with HP 652 ink cartridge I moved to Philippines already and the only available is HP 680 ink cartridge only. How to reset or update the printer in order to accept the available ink cartridge model in my region?

HP support tried it today, but it doesn't work...

Yesterday, HP support team was providing me support on how to reset the regional settings. It was not successful at all and so I decided to use the remaining my remaining ink cartridges. And to my surprised this morning even the original ink cartridges (HP652) doesn't work already, it showing incompatible. It was messed up!
