My hp1320  not initializing,  not making any engine sound or rolling of moving parts but flashing orange light when switched on. 

The issue started  after filling the toner cartridge when the first printout was dirty, the second one  jammed and afterwards it stopped making any movement but only flashing an orange light.  How can I resolve this  issue?
