Product: Hp 2512

My HP 2512 printer is not loading paper all the way. It goes down about 2 inches and stops and then I get a paper jam. I have cleaned blown everything out and don’t see any paper jam anywhere. Is there a reset I can do?

On the bottom side of the printer you have jam access door, open them and examine interior for a foreign object that can cause paper jam.
