Hp 4155e prints one page out and then all lights and E coms on then goes offline tried reboot and ran diagnosis and got internal error code ? help pleas

Try these steps:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about a minute before plugging it back in and turning it on.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure the printer’s firmware is up-to-date. You can do this via the HP Smart App or through the printer’s settings menu, if available.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer and reinstall the latest version from the HP Support website.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network properly if it's a wireless printer.

Hard Reset:

  • You may also perform a hard reset on the printer to restore factory settings. Refer to the printer manual for specific instructions.
