my printer is not connecting to webservices it keeps saying I need to connect to wifi and then when I check I am connected to wifi I can print through the smart app and through my phone just fine but for some reason it just won't connect to webservices I reset it and reset my internet when I apply  the wifi password it connects the light is solid blue says its strong but the second I try for web services or try to update it just doesn't i currently don't have a computer i only use my android phone or my iPad to print right now what do I do?
