HP 7520 All-In-One
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi all  - I currently have a HP7520 all in one printer that is beyond repair.

I am able to do factory reset but cannot find instructions to clear the  "call history" of fax numbers that are in my printer.

I know I must enter the service menu (please give instructions) as per this thread👇

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/LaserJet-Printing/how-do-I-clear-call-history-from-a-6500A-Printer/m-p...

but not sure which menus to select to "find the appropriate page and do a 'partial reset' ".

Thanks in advance.😁

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

You can clear the fax log by going to the Fax Menu>Fax Tools>Clear Fax Log.

If the issue still persists, we can perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

Please do check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!
