Hp inkjet 7810
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just bought a second hand HP 7810 Office Jet Pro.

It prints in colour perfectly but will not print in black.

There is plenty of ink and I have  cleaned the printheads several times to no avail.

Has anyone got any further ideas or do I just return it to the seller

Thank you for responding to my question.  I decide that the problem was too complicated to resolve so I returned the printer back to the vendor and bought a new one
