HP Recommended
Product: Hp 8620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried unplugging it per Hp recommendations, cleaning with a cleaning kit, and updating the firmware. There is no reason why this thing shouldn't work as it has been in the closet since I got it. Must be age. Looking for some real life recommendations here. At least some sort of discount to replace the part. Its like 150.00 to replace it. Why! why would you charge so much? I am a teacher. Do you have sort of discount?
