Hp 8620 new printhead and still won’t print!!!!!!!!!

So okay I’ve seen quite a bit of people having the missing printhead error problem but I bought a brand new hp printhead and all brand new hp ink for my hp inkjet pro 8620 and after I installed everything it doesn’t show the printhead error code anymore but it still won’t print!!!!!  It keeps telling me to install the Duplexer everytime I turn it on when the darn thing is already installed…. So I take it off and put it back on hit next and it turns on with no more error codes but there is the yellow triangle  exclamation symbol over the inkdrop and when I click on it it doesn’t say that anything is wrong it just shows all of the inks are 100% full!!! So I’m not sure why that’s showing but anyway I have reset it, semi reset it and it still doesn’t print I have tried to print reports or clean and/or align the printhead and no matter what it just has the thinking circle come up and that’s where it stays for days!!!!! So I have no idea what to do if someone has a solution you’d be my HERO, for real, this has been a huge money suck and for nothing at this point as it still will not work as a dang printer!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

When the printhead was replaced did the printer run an initialization process ( 2- 3 minutes) and align the new print head?

I don’t think so… that’s kinda the problem it won’t execute ANYTHING it just goes through thinking about actually running a job but that’s where it stays…. Anything I have tried to have it do like calibrate the line feed, clean printhead, or align printhead it just brings up the thinking circle on the screen and that’s where it stays until I reset it again it’ll stay there for days and days, I can’t get it to actually run anything… 😞
