Product: HP DeskJet 2724 All-in-One Printer

I have a 2700 Deskjet printer and it does not have a paper size option for my size paper 8.5x11. it is defaulted to a smaller size. How can I correct it? It worked before. How and why did the settings change? Please help.. I need my printer working asap. I am also printing from a Mac book Sierra and a Android phone. I have hpsmart app on both.
