deskjet 3845
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, I have an old Hp Deskjet 3845 from my girlfriend that today started flashing steadily from the led since it was switched on.

The peripheral is not new to this kind of problem and I had to tinker several times with this type of jam, but usually it was enough to lift the lid, turn it off and turn it on again with the lid raised and then slowly restart ... I don't remember exactly what I did but it didn't take much ... this morning, after a blank print as it appeared to be printing but nothing could be seen, the printer is in this state. I emphasize that the problem already occurs during the simple start-up phase, so it does not seem to be a driver or connection problem since the computer has not even started ... and that there is no paper jammed ... the lifting sensors all seem to work. .. the one in the paper tray I have no way to understand but it should not blink just because there is no paper. The cartridge moving carriage works smoothly.

Do you have any ideas on how to get it back to work? Thank you.
