Hello all,
I have gone through every post on this subject. I have done every troubleshooting trick in the book. That includes; power drain, unplug/plug in, taking cartridges out and doing things, putting them back, etc...etc. The printer was working fine at my brother's house. I took it home and set it up and it worked fine for a bit then all of a sudden every light started blinking and I haven't been able to get anywhere since then. On HP smart it says it's offline even though it looks like it's on with all the lights blinking. I can't do anything at all. No firmware, or drivers... nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will answer any questions and do whatever it takes to get it to work. It is under Warranty as far as I know.
Thank you.

You mentioned HP Smart. There has been a problem with HP Smart recently. '
Make sure you have the latest version from the microsoft store The latest version as of Jun, 2024 is 154.2.1072.0 (USA English). If you do not have this version then go to the Microsoft store, find HP Smart, and click "update". If the button "update" is missing then you need to run "wsreset" from the Windows search bar.
Reconnect by first resetting the printer WiFi with the video
