Hp ENVY 7858 Stuck on loading screen

I am surprised there hasn't been a recall on this issue. I boxed mine up and stored it in the basement in hopes something would come of this issue. I liked this printer but I could not get it to pass the loading screen. Printers are relatively cheap so I bought an Epson.

Hello! I am having the same issue and have already gone through the power cycling steps you referenced above. What else can I do to reset my HP Envy Photo 7858 so it's no longer stuck on the loading screen?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password. 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
