Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
Please help .. I am unable to get my printer to accept thick paper. I’m attempting to print on Silhouette Clear Sticker Sheet and have tried changing media to all of the options and none work. I have cleaned rollers to no avail. Accepts regular paper without issue but specialty paper (card stock etc) stops feeding at back and then the dreaded printer jam error message .
The Silhouette details read :” prints on all home printers” .. help ?

As I understand, your printer does not accept the thick paper.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

 

Did you check if your printer supports the type of paper you're using? 

If not, please refer to spec (Paper-handling specifications): Click here

 

If your printer supports the paper type you're using, please try troubleshooting steps to resolve paper jam issue: Click here
