I'm recieving two error codes on my printer that when I look up can't find any information on. The codes are these

OXB8D752FE

This code happens on startup

OXB8D8D2FE

This code happens after a hard reset and I try to print a pdf through the hp print client on my laptop.

I am running both my laptop and my printer off a Verizon mifi. The printer is for my jobsite and I can't get it to work there.  I took it home and was able to print on both my home's wifi and my Verizon mifi with miniaml issues.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Let's try the below steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1:  Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Step 2: Turn off IPv6

  1. From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  2. Touch Network Setup, and then touch Advanced Settings.

  3. Turn off IPv6, and then touch Yes to confirm.

Step 3: Restart The Router, printer and computer for the changes to take effect

Let me know if this works.
