I have read all the previous troubleshooting tips provided, but nothing has worked.  It seems that there is something to do when all else fails, but that information is delivered in private messages, so I can't see it.  Does anyone know how to get past the frozen startup screen problem?

Thank you for the reply, but the printer is still stuck on the loading screen.  The reset didn't work--after plugging it back in, it just goes back to the loading screen and stops.  I am using a new computer with the printer, so the computer doesn't recognize the printer at all yet. Do you have any other ideas I could try?

Hey @sandyn52,

Thank you for your response

We’ll need to perform a semi-full reset. However, since these steps are specific to your printer model, I'll send you detailed instructions via private message to ensure we don't risk causing any issues with the printer.
