Product: HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-in-One Printer
On my HP envy 7855, the little screen on the printer gets an error message "d80774ec" after about 20 minutes after a restart. The printer is fully functional til then. Not sure if this matters, but I am subscribed to InstantInk. These are the steps that I have gone through to try to resolve the issue.
- Reset my printer - Plugged it out and waited several hours. Removed the cartridges as well. I have also reset everything to factory settings.
- Cleared the network settings, and switched to 2.4Ghz band
- Checked to see if the firmware was up to date - It has the latest update.
I am not sure what else can be done. Please advise if there is a solution. It's barely out of warranty which makes this even more frustrating.
Thanks
