Hp M281 series with faulty power supply and hvps. Bias voltage failure

The M281 series came out during the pandemic.  They have been known to have faulty power supplies that control the bias voltage.They need to beef up their power supplies.  Because obviously an entire lot of these machines got out that we're faulty.I'm a business owner and I service these machines and I can tell you right now. There is indeed a ghost in the machine.We have not been able to nail down to the power supply or the main control board.
