I have been a customer for close to 30 years, owning 3 other HP printers and 3 HP Laptops. I purchased the printer to replace my HP Office Jet Pro 8620 which quit working after a few years of service. I purchased the printer for your customer service and received the new printer in the mail. Since setting it up it keeps going off-line, and requires me to call tech support to fix. After numerous call by my wife and I it still does not function.
Talking to your higher level support they want me to pay for a new printer so they can send it to me and give it back when I send the broken back. I told her I'm done with the wat I being treated by hp and asked again for a cash refund. Also, ask for an address/phone number for someone in upper management to talk to about this issue that been going on for months. She said she was it, no others. I hate this but I guess I'm going else where without some real help and answers.
