HP OfficeJet Pro 7720
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have problems printing on thicker harder paper, like album pages or even hard photo paper. It gives an error message of paper jam, it prints fine on the same size plain paper, but with A4 inkjet photo paper of 200 g/m2 it looks that it cannot pull the paper. I have tried resolving the paper jam issue according to all the instructions and nothing.
