Hello,
I have an odd question about the OfficeJet Pro 8610.
On printer when I select copy option what is the default dpi for the copy when scanner scans document to copy?
Thanks

Hello Raj1788,
Thanks for fast reply to my post, I really appreciate it.
I am baffled by my issue and had to go to print store to have what i needed done.
Printer copy function works 100% everything looks perfect.
Yet in any software such as NitroPDF PRo and i scan from twain device the scan is always blurry.
I have tried every setting I could and in every combination.
Even set to 1200 DPI a documents scanned into a program looks blury.
I know its not the printer as the copy function works.
So that leaves me either the programs I am using or the twain driver is causing my issue.
Anyways not sure what is causing my scans into programs to be blurry.
Thanks in advance

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity
Download a special version of HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
-
Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
-
If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on and then click Retry.
-
If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
-
If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.
-
If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.
-
Try to print.
If the issue persists, I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:
Remove the USB if connected
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Then, Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-8610-e-all-in-one-printe... to download and install the HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer series / HP OfficeJet 8600 Series Printer Full Feature Software and Drivers.
Try to print.

Hello Raj1788,
Ok I just downloaded the file and will try your steps tomorrow.
Printer prints fine and all the features work except with programs.
I can print fine from PC and print and scan fine directly on the printer.
It is only when inside another program that if i use scan from twain that the scan is blurry.
I will run steps first thing in morning as its very late here.
Thanks again for the help.
Talk tomorrow.
