I am working on a Photosmart D7360 printer. The 'paper-feed' rollers are not rotating to feed paper for printing. When attempting to print a test-page, no paper is 'fed'. Eventually, the error returns "Out of Paper", even though ample paper is in supply tray.
Any advice/suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The pick roller may have gone out. There are a couple of things to try before looking into a replacement. First follow Step 3 under Solution 2 in this document to clean the rollers on the printer. If your still having the problem, try doing a hard reset to clear any glitches in the firmware that might be causing this.
To do a hard reset:
- Make sure the printer is on.
- Pull the power cord from the printer.
- Pull the power cord from the wall.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug everything back up and turn the printer on.
- See if it will print.
That's all you can do. If it's still not working after the hard reset, you'll have to replace the printer.

I'm sorry but the pick roller is not a replacable part. I looked for it, but it's not on any list. If it's bad you'll have to replace the printer. Sorry.

Shane,
Thank you for your input and time. I, too, have been unable to find the necessities.
