Hello
Suddenly, after 4 months of functionning, my Printer HP Envy Photo 7100 got stuck with a blue screen with just written D000DEAD.... Impossible to start again, power up and off, long power cord disconnection, nothing to do...
Seing the name of the coderror, I am a bit feared for the future of my printer...
Does anyone already have this coderror?
Thanks for help!!

@NicoB31, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer is stuck at this error. Check for any jams inside the printer, refer to - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays
Make sure the print carriage is moving freely.
Unplug the power cable and hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds and release it. Power on the printer and check.
Check if you can bypass the error to access the home screen of the printer.
If yes, let us try this:
Go to Setup > Tools > Restore to factory defaults
If not, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Thanks Kumar0307 for your feedback.
I tried what you propose but nothing more than this blue screen...
I called the HP Tech support and after few tests, it is confirmed (as per the coderror :-)), printer is dead...
As it is still under warranty, I will have a new one in few days.
Kind regards!
Nicolas
