Hi,

I am unable to get printer connection with wifi also two red light are glowing seems an error. Pls guide

I understand how frustrating this can be. Let's identify the issue by asking a few questions:

 

  • Can you describe where the red lights are located on the printer (e.g., near the Wi-Fi icon, paper tray, or ink cartridges)?
  • Have you recently replaced the ink cartridges or encountered any paper jams?
  • Are you able to access the printer’s control panel, and if so, does it display any specific error messages or codes?

 

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
