You know I went to the HP chat room for help they gave me a phone number to call her they had somebody call me and the guy took control of my computer and went in a read some files and tell me how corrupt my system was and it was a printhead problem and he told me the problem was in my laptop, and he tried to sell me Something for $400 for one year warranty five years for 700 the problems the print had nothing to do with the laptop. This is a total scam and HP is pushing a scam on the customers. Guess what products I won’t be buying when it’s time to buy new ones
